Made with 100% Dry Storm - this is an advanced multi-layered fabric with a P.U. membrane sanwiched between a flocked inner lining and an outer nylon layer. This means that moisture from sweating is wicked away from your body, while the outer layer repels wind and rain.
This garment extremely easy to wear on long rides and it will keep it's shape and colours after many washes (NB Maximum wash temperature 40 degrees C, drip dry, do not spin, do not wring out)
Dry Storms Gillet will roll up small enough to fit in the rear pocket of your jersey, but if you would like something that takes up minimum space, have a look at the Rain Gillet.
Recommended Use:
This is a very versatile garment that can be worn for long periods without too much moisture build up underneath from sweating. It packs up small, so that it can produced whenever you need to quickly add a wind/shower proof layer - eg:
- Long Cold Rides
- Long descents
- Riding again after a puncture / refeshment stop
- Alternatively, on cold mornings, wear your gillet for the first hour or so and then remove and stow in your jersy rear pocket once the day warms up (great for Spring & Autumn.)

Also, even with the same manufacturer, each garment in the range varies slightly, e.g. from long sleeve jersey to short sleeve jersey - below are the actual dimensions of this item when laid out flat on a table (un-stretched) - use this information to make a comparison with any existing clothing that you have. If on delivery, you wish to exchange the item for another size, it's not a problem. Just return the unused item in the original packaging - if your preffered size in stock, you'll receive an exchange by return of post. Alternatively, you'll be offered a credit on your account and an order will be placed for your size.
